What This System Does
T2C IAC Webtools is a single-page operational support platform for AESHK IAC / T2C workflows. It combines dashboard note-taking, data-processing report pages, manual record entry, daily / monthly reporting, and workforce rostering into one browser-based tool.
- Open Webtools and wait until the splash screen finishes.
- Use the sidebar to choose the target module.
- If the selected page is a report page, open Settings first.
- Load the required template and/or raw data file if the workflow is data-processing based.
- Review generated records or summaries in the table area.
- Export the output file when the result is confirmed.
- For manual-entry pages such as 2.7, fill in the form first, save entries, then review the records table below.
- Header — branding, clock, and user display.
- Sidebar — main navigation between all modules.
- Page Section — only one main section is active at a time.
- Settings Modal — used by many modules for loading files, debug, or setup.
- Dashboard Page — quick operational notes and overview.
- Data Processing Report Page — import, process, review, export.
- Manual Entry Page — fill form, save records, import/export if needed.
- Planning Page — roster board for manpower planning and coverage review.
- Dashboard is used for operational quick notes.
- Sticky notes are session-oriented in your current setup.
- Use it for reminders, pending tasks, or quick eLog-style tracking.
- Open Settings.
- Load template file.
- Load raw data file.
- Check the generated battery records table.
- Add or review remarks if required.
- Export the final Excel output.
- Open Settings.
- Load template and raw data.
- Review the summary table by GSE type.
- Check total hour, total down time, and availability percentage.
- Export when the summary is confirmed.
- Fill in the request form section by section.
- Save the entry using Save Entry.
- Check the submitted records table below.
- Use Settings if template debug or round-trip checking is needed.
- Import or export records when required.
- Open Settings and load template + raw data.
- Review the daily availability summary table.
- Confirm values and export the daily report output.
- Open roster page.
- Use Autoload or configure employees / shifts / rules in Settings.
- Drag a shift token onto a staff-date cell.
- Review coverage rows and schedule results.
- Export roster when complete.
- If a report page shows no data, always check whether template and raw data have been loaded correctly in Settings.
- If a table appears empty after reload, confirm whether that module is designed to be session-based or memory-only.
- For troubleshooting, use debug logs available inside module settings dialogs.
- For best results on smaller screens, open data-heavy pages in landscape or desktop width.
